INQUIRY, BOOKING & DISCOVERY

You'll start by filling out the inquiry form to let me know you’re interested in working together. We’ll schedule a virtual coffee date and see if we’re a good fit and make sure that my services and availability match your needs. Next, I’ll send over a quote and once that’s approved you’ll sign a design agreement and place a deposit to hold your spot in the schedule. Once your deposit and agreement are complete. I’ll send you a questionnaire that digs deep into the why and what of our project. This establishes the foundation for everything I’ll design for you.

STRATEGY

Once I’ve viewed your questionnaire I’ll create a comprehensive multipage Brand Strategy. This strategy contains a written and visual strategy for your business. This will solidify the design direction for the entire design process.

BRAND AND WEB DESIGN

Next is the Brand Presentation. More than just a logo you'll be presented with a full brand system so that you can see how all of your assets will work to tell a complete story to your idea clients. You’ll also be provided context and explanation for the choices I’ve made and how it will support the bigger goal of catering to your brand’s audience. Next, we’ll continue the design process with a strategic web design. Your web design will be a beautiful one-of-a-kind design created using website platform of your choice.

DELIVERY

Once all designs are approved I get to work on producing your final deliverables this will include a multipage brand guidelines, your design files in all the popular formats, website tutorial videos and more. Time to pop the champagne and celebrate a new season in your business!

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

The brand and website design process takes anywhere from 4-12 weeks this is completely dependent on your timely communication.

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU USE?

I use and highly recommend Webflow. Webflow allows you to have cleanly coded, SEO friendly website that you can edit on your own. I also offer completely custom Wordpress design for more complex sites.

HOW DO YOUR PAYMENT PLANS WORK?

I offer 4-10 month no interest payment plans. These payment plan are are separate from your design timeline. Yah!

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE IMAGES OR WEBSITE COPY?

As part of your web design package you’ll be provided with a website copy guide to help your write your own copy. If you need copywriting services I would be happy to add that to your package for an additional fee. Free and paid stock image curation are included.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH SOCIAL MEDIA?

At this time I don’t offer social media services but as a part of the Full Branding package you’ll get a Social Media Strategy Guide and templates in addition to a list of recommended social media tools and resources.

DO YOU PROVIDE WEBSITE TRAINING?

At the conclusion of your project, I'll create personalized website training videos for your use and reference. Additionally, Webflow offers support via chat, e-mail, and more!
