Chicago Mixology is a newly minted bartending/mixology company owned and operated by classically trained chef and Master Mixologist Walter Shumpert. Using his years of experience as a world traveled chef Walter conceived Chicago Mixology. It was founded on the belief that your drink is equally as important as the people you’re celebrating with.
